No Additional Fees
We will only charge you those fees required by the product provider (such as a mortgage valuation fee) or where the advice is purely fee based.

All charges disclosed before you do business
Before we conduct any business on your behalf, we will issue you with an illustration disclosing all commissions and monies paid to Platinum. Where an application is made on-line our commission will be disclosed in writing.

No Sales Calls
We will neither telephone you nor call on you in person to try to secure further business. We may send you newsletters and other information that we feel may be of use to you. You have the right to request these documents are not sent to you.

We protect your identity
Unlike many other companies, we will not ask you to send valuable identity documents in the post, whether copies or otherwise.

We respect your privacy
We never pass details of our clients onto other marketing companies.
